I don’t understand the 3.8 so I’m leaving this review to set the record straight! Best airport food in the US. Service is slow because it’s all made to order so give yourself some extra time.
I had a great salad this afternoon at the airport today from The Skinny Pancake.
Mixed greens, butternut squash, raisins, apples, toasted pumpkin seeds, and a bit of feta cheese.
It was fresh, tasted great, and a very friendly staff. Thank you!!

We don't do a lot of airport restaurant reviews but I have to say this establishment deserves a shout out. We had what may have been the best breakfast sandwich and dessert crepe ever, no kidding!
There are two Skinny Pancake locations at the BTV airport, we dined at the 2nd floor location. I'll add that our service at the bar was fantastic too. Anyway, this is a great spot to grab some food and kill some time before a flight.
