They also have vegan poutine (delicious I'm sure but not for health conscious vegans!) And vegan milkshakes..the crepe is great and since Burlington isn't all that vegan friendly- 1 gourmet place only open for dinner - and this is the only worthwhile vegan option on the waterfront in my opinion.

I didn't go here (though I've been to the skinny pancake in Stowe and it was good) but I was waiting for a flight at a nearby gate and one of the workers came to let everyone know that they would be closing soon so if anyone wanted to get something, to do so now. Thought that was very considerate of them.
