Disappointed by the lack of customer consideration. The late-night menu is advertised to begin at 10 PM, yet when we called at 9:30 PM on a busy Saturday night, we were told only pizzas were available. This is misleading and frustrating. The posted information is not accurate, and unfortunately, it doesn’t reflect the needs of a busy harbour location where late-night dining options are expected. It also shows on google you are currently closed. Please consider updating your hours and menu details to reflect actual service and better support your patrons.

Not a bad place a all. The menu is smaller but accommodates most. I enjoyed the drinks, food, and dessert. I was visiting for the first time, I would recommend this place. The upper deck is live and full of laughter. If you're looking to have conversations, I wouldn't suggest the upper deck. The restroom were also clean.

Ok I loved my meal yesterday. Awesome sandwich!! Server was great but the girls at the front counter (seating hostesses) who were mostly polite were acting a little entitled (it was weird) but we carried on. It would have been nice to have had an option of where to seat but we were okay regardless. My son asked for his burger medium rare and it was well done. He didn’t say anything to get that fixed (his problem) but he ate it and seemed fine albeit a little disappointed. Husband and other son were happy with their meals. The reason I am giving 1 star, and this is big for me, is because we were charged a 1.5 % service fee for the kitchen. No option. No mention to have it deleted from our bill. That infuriated me to no end. I was going to give my server a 20% tip but she got screwed because I was mad about that stupid kitchen service fee. I hope management reads this review, I really do because our experience could have been so much better. It was just a dollar but it’s the principle. Takes away from the spirit of doing business and for that reason alone I won’t return. My suggestion is pay your kitchen staff more money or charge higher prices because this was just plain tacky. I’m bummed out because I really loved my chicken sandwich 🫤

We frequent the Jammer often! Tonight we went for my birthday. While the food was exceptional, our waitress was not pleasant. I was surprised as I know she is a veteran there and has been waitressing there for some time. Part of the dining experience is definitely the interaction with your waitress and for me to write this review, I was put off. Fortunately, the food was delicious !

The prices are very reasonable and the food is way above average, with the best seafood selection around. Great desserts too.

What happened to the days of steak, potatoes and vegetables? Now it’s either potatoes or vegetables. Margarita was watered down. My steak was rare inside but burnt on the outside. Use to be my go to place. Disappointing.

I ordered the Bistro Steak medium rare. The meat was divided in two pieces. I started on the smaller piece first. It was overcooked. I sliced the second piece and found it to be about right.
When the young woman waiting our table asked, “how is everything?” I told her the first piece was overcooked. She looked at the piece I’d just sliced and said, “I’d say that looks fine .”
When she returned to the table I said again that the first piece was overcooked and that I didn’t appreciate he editorial comment. She turned away briskly in obvious aggravation.
Soon someone I presume was a manager approached and asked if I wanted another steak. I told her the piece I was then eating was fine.
The discourteous service colored the experience, but I don’t believe the i’m being unjustly critical in writing the following: the baked potato was also overcooked and my wife’s Statler Chicken, described on the menu as “stuffed with Boursin cheese,” contained a paper thin layer. The Gorgonzola cream sauce under the Bistro Steak was not memorable.

was served completely raw and freezing cold meat and was still charged… felt like it was fresh out the freezer.. i’m also pregnant so i’m very thankful i didn’t take a bite before noticing. service was great at least! our waitress was so sweet. appetizers and the remake were good (after waiting another half hour) but still disappointing that it happened. was told for birthdays they’d do a free dessert and they couldn’t even do that after giving me raw meat..

What happened to the blue cheese dressing it used to be so chunky with blue cheese , now it’s a thin liquid. Not very pleased. I hope this is a temporary situation. The food is otherwise good. Waitress spilled salad dressing all over my husband
