Our pizza was so greasy hardly any sausage on it, the bottom was hard and dark brown it was terrible, the potato wedges were ok. Won't be back.

Wow, Zachary's reached out and made a mistake right. We order from Zachary's a lot, one, because we host large groups and while their pizza isn't the best in town it's tasty, priced right, and everyone scarfs it down. Two, we really like their sandwiches and fries. Their fries are priced great and I honestly like their sandwiches, which are large and competitively priced, more than Jersey Mike's. Our last order wasn't delivered correctly and a staff member failed to refund or really listen to us. Zachary's reached out the next morning to set it right. They apologized, refunded, and offered extra things which we didn't need because accidents happen but what rarely happens is a company carrying about customer support and working to fix a mistake. Just really happy because I wanted to keep ordering from them and recommending them and I do! Grateful they listened and reached out.
