Zachary's Pizza - South Burlington

Don’t order through the website for delivery from the South Burlington location! They will charge your credit card … hand your food off to a DoorDasher (without telling you this in the order confirmation email) … hours later you will contact them asking about your order and they’ll tell you it’s not their problem and to contact DoorDash! Ummmm, we don’t have any info on who you gave the food to or a number to contact!!! They’ll tell you again it’s not their problem and that they’re “unable to credit the card you paid on”. Wow. Solid customer service. Never. Again.

We order take out every once in a while from Zachary's, and it's always delicious. What gets us to go to the Milton location and get food, hang out, and order drinks, though, is the monthly stand up comedy they host. The stand up routines are funny, and we really look forward to going!

If you go to the arcade and have issues with a game they help you

We love the Fun Center and staff at Zachary’s Pizza 🍕 my husband used to come here as a kid and my old college roommate worked here. Now we have been coming to celebrate my son’s birthdays from age 1 to 6. My son is obsessed with this place. Cotton Candy Cake pictured from the Crazy Cotton Candy Lady.

Really good food, I enjoyed my visit. The only downside is it looks like the dining room has never been updated. it felt pretty depressing, but I could see it being really improved for not much investment. Just needs some new light fixtures with matching light bulbs, maybe some more modernish chairs, but really everything else is great. Come support this local business!

Kid-friendliness: They have an arcade. This is the new Pizza Putt, but with better pizza.

Frozen style pizza just passable, totally disappointing spaghetti sauce without meat or vegetables coming directly from a can without improvement (molasses pasta swollen with water because overcooked). And to continue the list of disappointments, the chicken parmesan has a gibelotte texture since the breading was not cooked before being browned. The service was acceptable. We will never return to this restaurant.

Not the cleanest food was good,it wasn't very busy. This was the first time we have been there, menu,was great. Food was good..

The waitstaff was not as friendly as they used to be. Food was good. Play area was fun (alittle expensive) it was a great experience

I cannot thank Shawn, the owner enough for making my situation beyond perfect!! I had a failed doordash order, doordash would not refund me. even after my frustrations shined brightly and I was beyond rude to him when it was not his fault, Shawn remade my entire order and personally delivered it to me. I already loved them and the RANCH but now I will forever support this business and rave about them. THANK YOU soooooo much Shawn and the entire Zachary's staff!!!

Been going here for 150 years (kidding(:!) I LOVE their pizza--order meatball and mushroom--always tasty and excellent! I get their super subs on a fairly regular basis--always get my order right. Prices very reasonable and always ready on time. Thanks for really great service all these years!
