There needs to be a word to describe the anxiety that surfaces when you’re eating the last bites of something scrumptious and you don't want it to end. This is what I feel every time I have The Derby. I’ve had this sandwich a handful of times and it’s always so yummy. The flavors are simply dynamic. If I’m ever going to use the term ‘Chef’s kiss’, now’s the time. The staff is lovely as well.

Had one of the best BEC sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life. I am quite the breakfast sandwich connoisseur so this is big. Get a bagel sandwich here you won’t be disappointed.

The food here is phenomenal every time I stop here. Staff is super friendly and helpful! They definitely have the best breakfast sandwiches within an hours driving distance! I always make sure to stop here whenever I'm in town

Delicious sandwich and awesome atmosphere! I got The Flatlander and my boyfriend got The Derry. We couldn't stop talking about our meals as we were driving home. Sandwiches were cooked to perfection and generously portioned. Service was friendly and welcoming! Already planning my next visit. The shop also has a lot of local goodies from small businesses in the area which is awesome! 10/10 recommend!

They are never open, their voice mail never states they are closed when they didn't open for the day. Their hours are always posted differently on different sites. Today Tuesday 12/13/2022 the site say they are open but they refuse to pick up call. Calls go to a cell and they refuse to pick up why have a business if your not open.

My son works nearby and the workers go here a few times a week so he recommended the Monster Bite breakfast sandwich. It's not on the menu and it's made to order. The ladies' at the counter are super friendly and helpful. They do have pre-made breakfast sandwiches in foil and really good coffee. You can also grab beer & wine, soda & drinks, candy, bread, milk, etc. There are a few stools to eat at and look out the front window. Open only Wed-Saturday? Hours? Can sometimes be closed for lunch sandwiches or completely if they have a catering event. The Monster Bite (a breakfast meal sandwich:. 2 fried eggs, a sausage patty, shaved ham (which appeared to some sort of smoked deli ham), 3 strips of crispy bacon, swiss and Vermont Cheddar cheese slices along with a spicy red pepper sauce (not to hot but you cannot miss the tingle) all on an everything bagel. GF options available too!
