Not a great experience. We visited with old friends and could hardly hold a conversation. Noisy, mediocre wine and food but $$$. Will not return.

We arrived at 5pm when the restaurant just opened on the first Saturday in October, they were pretty full with reservations but managed to give us 2 bar seats. The host was very kind to give customers they turn away with a handwritten list of recommended restaurants around the area. Service at the bar table was slow for ordering as we can only order food from the bartender, who was busy making cocktail drinks for customers first. We came to try the Neapolitan pizza it was good! Love the fall decorations of the building.

If you're craving Neapolitan pizza, this is it. And it comes with a bartender! Warm and cozy decor with well-spread dining tables. Service is slow but the food is great! Opens at 5 pm but it was already fully booked when we arrived at 4:45 pm. During the autumn season, it is a norm this restaurant will be fully booked every day. We managed to get seats at the bar instead. There is a 20% gratuity added to all bills by default. Note also you won't find the restaurant signage anywhere! It's inside the Kedron Valley Inn and shares the same parking lot.

This was one of my favorite place when visiting the area, however today was not. Things started off well with a warm welcome from our 'first' server. Drinks and appetizers arrived in a timely manner, then things went south. Screaming children during dinner spoiled the nice atmosphere. Servers kept rotating, and we had to remind 'server # 3' that we had an entree that was not delivered. Ordered dessert to go and be warned: the limoncello cake is a skinny little 'donut' for a whopping $14. When I asked the server to remove it from my bill as I did not want to pay that amount for such an insignificant offering, he said it was all about the composition. Really? The chef/owner should be ashamed. Will think twice about coming again. On top of it all, they impose 20% gratuity on all bills, so not option to customize for poor service.

Good food, but too expensive. $28 for a personal pizza?! I know the ingredients are high quality, and service is good, but that is just unreasonable pricing.

It’s a special place with amazing food and service. Just 10 minutes outside of Woodstock, VT
lies the best pizza we’ve ever had. In a building that’s been an inn for almost 200 years, the owners and staff have transformed this spot into a must see when in town. Modern feel without loosing its history coupled with true wood fired pizza and crafted cocktails. It’s rare to have all elements of a restaurant firing at once, this place does it in spades. Special shout out to Joe and Will behind the bar. Pick their brain, they’ll deliver a cocktail catered to your individual tastes.

Some of the best Neapolitan pizza, bar none. We sat at the bar, Will is an excellent bartender, mixing delicious cocktails and taking time to walk us through the excellent pizza choices on the menu. I ordered the “Hunter” - a delicious combination of fennel sausage, pepperoni, and salami. The pizza crust was superb, charred just right to accompany the meat toppings. This place is worth the journey. Delicious!

Unfortunately, we had bad service. The atmosphere was nice and we had a pretty good drink at the bar. However, we opted to take our pizza to go as it was taking a long time. When we got home, it was a sad surprise to see the prosciutto and arugula pizza I ordered… had neither prosciutto or arugula. I’m not sure how that happened. The pizza was pretty bad without it.

After being on the road for 8 hours, we were famished and boy did this hit the spot. Such a beautiful space and lovely staff. We ordered the soup, Margherita pizza and the vegan mushroom pizza. The food came out at lightening speed and was delicious. The mushroom pizza was a triumph! Complex, savory with a great umami flavor. The Margherita was no slouch either! We will return and hopefully stay at the inn!
