Maria's 371 Family Restaurant

I have ordered food here for several years and it always takes forever! I always get a Calzone with light ricotta and 9 times out of 10 it is loaded with it. I never complained until this past one because it was literally full of it after I was very clear asking for little. when I called I was told the son said he only put a teaspoon in it. Why argue with your customers? I'm done eating here after the way we were treated. I would give ZERO stars if it were an option!

Due to the latest controversy (which also is a problem), I'm adding a review here in addition to my google review because people keep defending this place on FB and it doesn't deserve it. The service is absolutely terrible. It took over an hour for just a pizza, and it was at least half an hour before we even got our drinks after sitting down. We felt completely ignored. We considered leaving, but wanted to give them a fair shot at impressing us by sending out amazing food after that long long long wait, but alas, the pizza was only decent, and not at all worth starving for over an hour to get. Maybe they only provide good service to a select group of people, because the service we got was horrible, and there are plenty of others who also share our experience of absolutely inexcusably bad service. We'd like to have given it a second chance, but we also like to eat when we're hungry - not hours after sitting down, so we won't. Bad business, terrible service. Do not recommend.

I was yelled at, lied to, refused what was owed to me*the food they serve imagine that!* and felt urged to call local police as they were not returning my money or providing my food. they then took and kept my phone on the back because I called the police! and they were talking to them!!! I got my cold pizza after this which was 2 hours after the order was placed.

Marie and her staff are the most pleasant people that I have met in a long time in the restaurant business. Marie's food is fantastic!! 5 stars!!! ☆☆☆☆☆

Super food. The menu is unbelievable and everything was great. Some of the choices were american ( porter house steak, turkey dinners, burgers, all kinds sandwiches) Mexican foods ( Boritos, Tacos, Rice Beans) Italian (pizza, Alfredo many kinds, pastas) menu was 8 pages. Their were 5 of us and every meal was exceptional.

Kid-friendliness: The food and staff were a Big hit with our grandson. He is usually kind of shy, here he was talking with staff and loved his food. (

Someone cooked this, called it “pork carnitas”, and made it $20.00. Just LOOK at this photo.

The staff at this cozy spot are top notch--they make you feel the love and give you warm nacho chips to enjoy with a crisp, well-poured beer. It's a hidden gem and definitely worth a visit.

Maria’s is our go to pizza place in town. We haven’t tried much else on the menu, but really love the pizza. Good pizza is hard to find when you lived in NJ and moved lol. Please be sure to be patient with the workers, food does take long to get. Average time for a medium pizza is 25-40 minutes. BE PATIENT. If you are in a rush, McDonald’s is right down the street. I’m not entirely sure if it’s family owned, but they at times seem very short handed and sometimes overwhelmed. The long wait times aside, really great place! Love the pizza and love supporting a local, not corporate company.

Waited 35 minutes to place our order and then left without doing so, because nobody checked on us. Took ten minutes just to get menus. There were two other tables in the restaurant. The time estimations are not an exaggeration. If anything, I estimated in their favor.

Called from the parking lot and they were so kind on the phone we had to come in and eat, then they made us feel at home. Such a pleasant experience and we will be back.

Got the mozzarella sticks and they were awfull they had some thick breading on them not ment for chease or consumption. chease steak was so dry it could start a fire. And you could drip water out of the stuff shells like they had been frozen for 8 months.

Tasty mexicain food at reasonable price! Very friendly staff. Try the Michelada with Pacifico beer!
