During this visit it was relatively slow. Still a good selection of donut options for 4 p.m. on a Saturday. Customer service was fantastic while one was waiting on my decision I encouraged her to do whatever she needed as I considered what I wanted and a second girl came from the back very soon after to ask if I was ready to order. Very polite ladies and the friendliness and care made this visit one that didn't feel rushed at all. The drink Crafter also described the flavor profiles of a couple new drinks that I was debating trying and wanted comparisons to other drinks or flavors they'd encountered in the past that could give me a good idea of what I could expect if selecting one. Today, Sunday, March 3rd, I will be going back to Dunkin' to get one of the drinks. Updates are sure to come.Parking: The parking is shared with the Penguin Gas Station with which this Dunkin' Donuts is located inside. Upon entering the property there is parking to the far left and far right of the gas pumps and store, with a handful of parking spaces directly in front of the store.

I mean, AmEriCa RuNs On DuNkiN, am I right? Living in New England, Dunkin is especially a part of our culture! I'm not a donut person, and the food is sub-par, in my opinion. There aren't many healthy options at Dunkin, so I usually get a sugar-free coffee, and I like that they have various flavors to choose from.

Staff are incredibly friendly - especially the manager (older woman, brown hair) who seems to treat employees with respect and kindness. Bagel was fresh out of the oven. Appreciate the service and food!

What a mess, completely unorganized and unprofessional. DD employees standing at the counter just chit chating away while me and this other guy are waiting in line, we waited for some time, we both lost patience with them and then they act surprised and act like we are the bad guys for starting to be rude when we were left standing there while they talked then they couldn't get our orders correct.I strongly believe this Dunkin locations is in a serious need of new management and managers that know how to hire hard workers and knows when a good time to chit chat with others and when to be focused on work. Never see anything like it ??‍♂️

It's Dunks.You don't really expect much, but sitting there waiting for some of the workers behind the counter to finish their rants about other fellow workers, gets a little tiring. I completely understand being angry at a coworker who's lying and not doing their job, but maybe wait to complain when there isn't a line?

First off this place is absolutely disgusting. Second, there’s 9 people working and none of them have any idea of what’s going on. There’s a new person working register, and has no help or idea of what’s happening. 5 of them are just standing there by the window hanging out. Won’t come back here that’s for sure.

This location seriously needs to pull it together. I went inside to wait for my mobile order and there were 2 employees. The one on the register was doing an amazing job. The one on the drive through window needs work. Her friend pulled up in the drive thru and the girl working LITERALLY STARTED VAPING and having a long conversation. The only reason I went inside is because the line outside was too long, I guess now I know why. I get many places are understaffed but it's ridiculous that this girl is literally chatting with her friend and vaping, basically inside, while the other employee does all the work.

Never had an issue with the drive thru, that’s where they seem to focus their attention. Placed an order for walk-in pick up today though & one of the staff members was unnecessarily rude while I was just patiently waiting for my food order, apparently it had already been done they just didn’t bother to sit it with the drinks I ordered. I attempted to get someone’s attention when I first walked in and picked up my drinks, but considering they were all busy and I was unable to get their attention, I assumed it just hadn’t been prepared yet and waited. Cut to one of the workers rudely tossing it at me several minutes later when she finally asked what I was waiting on, and barking at me that “you have to let us know you’re here, we don’t read minds”.Apparently the tea I ordered for my friend was fine, but the coffee had some foreign object in it so I had to throw it out. ?

It was dirty and gross. They were focusing on the drive through not paying mind to the register lots of people walked out. We ordered a dozen doughnuts and after paying we were told that we owed more for our choice in donuts. Extremely understaffed unfortunately and the ones working (other then the manager) obviously didn't want to work. One employee was yelling in the back quite loudly and making a huge show over something the customers didn't need to hear about.
