Beautiful historic mansion that is well maintained and has great staff. We stayed in the non-mansion portion of the inn and the rooms were spacious, clean, and very quiet. Smart TV made it very easy to temporarily log into streaming services. There are some pastry/muffin style breakfast items available as well as coffee in the lobby. The staff historian gave us an amazing tour of the underground tunnels beneath the mansion, which include a very unique and still working telescope....read full review
Really sweet spot. Needs more mirrors maybe one big one. Impossible to prep for a wedding with one teeny tiny bathroom vanity.. but comfy, cozy and adorable.
What a great place to stay and the town of Springfield is a delight !
