My family of 4 had a truly great experience at the Hartness House! As we were planning our stay, the staff (Nina) was communicative and accommodating…they answered my questions and helped us pick the perfect sized room for our family. the room was so clean and comfortable, we all slept great (much needed after a full day skiing/snowboarding at Okemo, 25 min away). Nina is the back bone of this property and saved it from ruin. Enjoyed our overnight here and the history of the property. Very clean room with all the basic amenities. Would recommend.
Beautiful historic mansion that is well maintained and has great staff. We stayed in the non-mansion portion of the inn and the rooms were spacious, clean, and very quiet. Smart TV made it very easy to temporarily log into streaming services. There are some pastry/muffin style breakfast items available as well as coffee in the lobby. The staff historian gave us an amazing tour of the underground tunnels beneath the mansion, which include a very unique and still working telescope....
