Food was most excellent. They know what they're doing when they're on the grill. I would recommend them. In fact I'll be going back

Kid-friendliness: Very eager to please their customers. Made us feel very welcome.

We've been twice. Yummy pizza and good beer selection. Good music, hard-working staff and a good time.

I was told 15-20 minutes when I got there to pick up they were dealing with a lost pizza. I waited. My turn next great…wrong! My pizza hadn’t been cooked yet. While I waited they lost two other pizzas. One person left the other waited like I did. Now I’m upset I did. Way way way too much sauce and chicken and not enough cheese. It’s too bad I used to love this place. You need to get your act together!!

Well I have only one comment....on a Saturday night in a small town with few options, Roots closes at 9:00 - but refuses to answer the phone after 8:30. This is not serving out town. What about after the movies, or just Friday and Saturday nights when people eat later??? Since Covid most seem to think we need to all shut down early. When smaller towns around us have more options that are at least open till 10, and open for lunch and we are so limited, it's sad! Oh, but we have McD;s who gets old after years after being our only fast food choice, and I am thankful for Mobil...they are a great and the only ones open!

Same great pizza as I'm used to getting. Phones were down and when we went in to order in person they were helpful and had the pizza out quickly.

I ordered a chef salad and was excited seeing the size but there was a lot of water in my salad. Don't get me wrong it's good to know you wash the lettuce but let it dry. Was definitely a let down.

The guys working weren’t clean, the tables were sticky and dirty, the guy working made a face at the other guy working, which is not professional, my salad was soggy, thegsrlic bread with cheese was slapped together so the cheese was only on one side. I will not return and it was overpriced.

I was hoping for something better considering new-ish owners who claim a bunch of improvements since taking over Village Pizza (which I enjoyed). Finally had a chance to try out "roots" and it was a disappointment. Too much dough and crust on the pizza. The "grilled chicken salad" was WET, SLIMY iceburg lettuce, with some chopped up chicken and a ton of feta cheese. It went in the trash after a few bites. Sadly, I don't plan on going back.

The cost of food is simply too expensive a 10inch pizza with pepperoni is 15 bucks

Ordered a meat lovers pizza. They made an onion, peppers and mushrooms pizza. Also poor service asked what I ordered and then started to take someone else’s order.
