“5 stars for sure!!! We come into Stowe twice a year and always dine at Salute. We’ve never been disappointed. Mason is always accommodating to find seating for us as close as possible to our desired time. Jen is a wonderful server and we’re usually fortunate to get her. Then there’s the food. Wow! Best meatballs and mozzarella apps ever and from the linguini pomodoro to the chicken or veal marsala to the vodka rigatoni and saltimboca; all delicious. We love Stowe but dining at Salute is always the icing the cake!“

You can tell these owners worked very hard modernizing the old building and genuinely care that everyone has a great experience. It’s awesome, go eat, drink and smile.“
