I would highly recommend. We will definitely be back when we visit Stowe.We started with a Cesar salad and fresh complementary bread and oil. Both were very good.For dinnerI had the Linguine Carbonara with peas, it was excellent. Not too creamy.My husband had the Chicken Parm. He really enjoyed it.Service was okay. Not a big issue. We loved the food so much, we will be back.

5 stars for sure!!! We come into Stowe twice a year and always dine at Salute. We’ve never been disappointed. Mason is always accommodating to find seating for us as close as possible to our desired time. Jen is a wonderful server and we’re usually fortunate to get her. Then there’s the food. Wow!
