Farm to table restaurant with a wine shop at the front served up some fresh and delicious local source food. Highly recommend to try the dirty potatoes (with herbs and roasted garlic), crispy and really flavorful.
My friends made a reservation at Cork one night during our snowboard trip at Stowe. We were very pleased with our dinner here. Glad we made reservations because the restaurant was busy on this Friday night in mud season. The 3 of us ordered curried lentils, pork tenderloin, and the winter squash salad with salmon. All were nicely presented and delicious. We didn't see a dessert that caught our eye so we ended the meal with cappuccino. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service excellent. We had a nice evening and would definitely dine at Cork again!
