Cork has an excellent location in Stowe Vermont! It’s a cozy cottage like building and there was a live instrumental guitar performance when we were there. The food is solid and features local meats and vegetables. The service was friendly and attentive!

I’ve been coming to Cork for 10 years and it’s a must visit while in Stowe. Their seasonally driven menu features locally sourced ingredients and there’s always something new to try. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing - don’t miss the live music on Thursday nights. If you like wine, Cork has been leading natural wine in Vermont for years and has an incredible, knowledgeable staff to help you pair with your food.

IF you can get a reservation, you must go to Cork! Owned by two lovely sisters who know their wine, this place is a consistent go to for a lovely meal out. Fresh food-great organic wine. I love it for the bar post skiing, a big table for when lots of friends are in town, and a romantic dinner for two when there is live jazz. GO!

Cork was one of the highlights of our time in Stowe. The menu showcases outstanding local ingredients, prepared with creativity and a genuine respect for Vermont producers. Every dish felt thoughtful, seasonal, and incredibly fresh.

What really sets Cork apart is its wine program. The natural wine selection is exceptional—carefully curated, interesting, and full of unique bottles that you won’t find everywhere else. The staff is knowledgeable without being pretentious and helped us discover wines that paired perfectly with our meal.

Most impressive of all was the hospitality. The entire team was warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about both the food and wine. They created an atmosphere that felt welcoming, relaxed, and special all at once.

Cork is an incredibly special place, and I am so grateful that a place like this exists here in Vermont! When my partner and I moved from Boston, I had come to terms with the fact that we’d be dining out less often, since Vermont is not necessarily known for its cuisine. When we discovered Cork I was so pleasantly surprised. The vibes: immaculate. The food: delicious and local (!!). The wine selection: what dreams are made of. The music selection and the live music on Thursdays: perfectly atmospheric. Cork has my favorite olives that I’ve ever had in my whole life. I’ve been the recipient of above-and-beyond hospitality from their incredible team, and seen them go out of their way on several occasions to accommodate special requests from guests. I suppose the only negative thing I have to say is that I simply can’t order a negroni from anywhere else because they are never as good as Ian’s.

Once again, had such a great time at Cork! We love to come here whenever we visit Stowe and it never disappoints! The seasonal menus are delightful, but not as delightful as the staff! They are always so welcoming, upbeat & knowledgeable. 10000000/10, will always recommend!
