Dont let the parking police Caryns (Shell Gas Station/ Dunkin employees), scare ya. Used the attached car wash, decided to do a wipe-down(still had some suds). Got asked for my parking pass, cause I don't know, the line of other handicap people waiting to park....NOT! Still other closer spots available.

What on gods green earth happened to donuts for a dollar?))????? I was just at the stowe dunkin location and ordered a stawberry frosted donut. Simple request. I PAID $2.30!!!??? AND I OPENED THE BAG. WAS BARELY FROSTED AND COULD FIT ON MY CATS PAW. Unacceptable. Do better. THANKS

Walked in 10 minutes before closing. 6:50, 2 kids sweeping up I cough to get their attention though I’m 2 feet away. They look at me like I’m a PITA, I have to ask them if they are still open, they say no, I said no donuts left huh? Ignored me and kept sweeping. I had just left my kids baseball game, and don’t like stopping when a place is closing. But if you are going to close at 6:50, then don’t say you are open til 7pm. Frequent coffee n donut guy, not anymore. Jesus rude. Sorry I wanted to give you my money! Guess I’ll spend it elsewhere from now on.

Recently came here for breakfast. As usual, food was fresh, hot and big portions. Employee was very grumpy and kept on venting outloud. Very unpleasant to see and not a good way to start a day.

I ordered ahead of time, get in the store and its not ready which is fine, there is no other customers in there, one girl is out back while the other one is filling a machine that does not need to be filled for my order while telling the other girl to come make my order which she does not do, then a customer came back in with a wrong order while the girl from out back helps fix her order all while the other girl ignores I am there, horrible experience!

I mean it's a Dunkin in a gas station. Atmosphere is what you'd expect, very clean. The foods Dunkin, coffee is what I've been drinking for decades (sort of, quality wise anyway), nice staff who work with you.
