Biscuit in the Basket is a conventional breakfast and grilled sandwich shop launched by Andrew Kneale of Harrison's fame in the Jackson Skate Arena in Stowe. I didn't try the food but I watched an order of chicken tenders and fries go out. Ample in size ,freshly made with a thin batter,I could see the quality of the food. There is not a better place in town for lunch!I know it’s inside a skate rink but please please please believe this food is fresh and amazing! It’s not just some snack bar food. The owner has another restaurant in town that’s out of this world and he brought that love and passion to the rink!Chicken wrap, Cajun fish sandwich, cheesesteak and their breakfast sandwich were all top notch. I can’t say enough about it. Go give it a try and see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed....read full review
