Low key been coming here for 15 years on our family trip to Stowe. Consistently dank short order breakfast and lunch that just never disappoints.

You don't meet friends here for the atmosphere. You come for the quality of the food! Breakfast, lunch and takeout options, as well as pop up international dinners and their Cubano sandwich is a '10', on a scale of 1 to 5. Not to be missed in Stowe, Vermont!

Best pancake I’ve had in a while! Definitely quality. Food came out quick, staff was friendly and super helpful and even tried to get me a coffee refill for the road. It’s not sit down diner style service, but excellent counter service! Thank you for a delicious breakfast :)

My kids could stop talking about the Cuban and sweet Cali. Def a must next time we are in the area.

I want to recognize Tim for his exceptional work providing catering for a company over four days. Not only did he offer an amazing array of options, but he also adjusted his schedule—canceling other commitments and accommodating late-evening and even Sunday drop-offs—to ensure the food was fresh, warm, and served to the highest standard. His dedication wasn’t just about being accommodating; it was about creating the best experience for the guests. Tim, this acknowledgment is well-deserved—huge thanks and a big pat on the back to this wonderful man!

Made my own smoothie at this cafe, a much-needed break from nonstop maple syrup, cheese, biscuits, maple creemees, and pancakes on our trip. I would get one of these every day if I could (and they weren’t $13!) Such a good dose of health. Make a green apple, spinach, avocado, blueberry smoothie with apple juice and you’ll love it, too.
5 stars!!!!

I came here for breakfast and it was pretty good. I’d say it’s a bit overpriced compared to other breakfast and lunch places in Stowe that I would prefer to dine at but this place is still good and the staff was really friendly!! I loved the eggs, bacon and home fries so much.

Great lamb gyro and VERY large salad. Would come again.
A quaint, diner atmosphere with excellent food. Although I do not care for avocado, there were many choices available for those who do.

Stopped here for lunch on a random Tuesday. I agree with the other reviewer in that I wish I hadn’t tipped anything. The audacity asking for a tip when the people behind the counter do absolutely nothing. I had to get up to get my food, take my dishes to the dirty station, get my own water… etc. I ordered the roadhouse salad. It was mediocre at best. The chicken was essentially flavorless, and for $19, it would be nice to add some croutons/crackers or something to go with it. There’s very limited seating, just FYI. I wouldn’t stop here again. And $2.25 for an off brand of bottled water should be criminal. Stowe is an amazing little town, but I’d pass up this cafe.

Amazing breakfast sandwiches with Vermont cheddar and homemade English muffins that are so puffy they reminded me of a biscuit ! Super fast service and outdoor bistro tables so we could enjoy our breakfast al fresco in the beautiful Sept sun

We were looking for a healthy lunch in the Stowe area and stumbled on this place. I had the Mediterranean bowl and it was amazing. My girlfriend had the Mediterranean Salad with chicken, which was equally amazing. Cute place with great food.

Wishing I hadn’t left a tip before service - the server asked me if I wanted any condiments while she stood right next to them, then told me I could get them myself and walked away.

We catered two separate meals for 37 people and we could not be happier! Athena was very helpful in creating a menu for our group, making sure to accommodate a few dietary restrictions! We did the taco bar for dinner one night, and a few sandwich platters for lunch the next day. Our group had only positive things to say about both options.
