5 stars for sure!!! We come into Stowe twice a year and always dine at Salute. We’ve never been disappointed. Mason is always accommodating to find seating for us as close as possible to our desired time. Jen is a wonderful server and we’re usually fortunate to get her. Then there’s the food. Wow!
