I cannot say enough great things about the Matterhorn. The food is always a hit, but honestly, the staff is second to none. Rochelle is an absolute dream of a person and we're always so grateful for how kind she is to our son that is autistic. She goes out of her way to make us feel seen and heard and is so accommodating with him. It's a beautiful, beautiful thing to see and she is one of those unicorns.

Reason #1
We arrived with our daughter and her service dog. We were several asked questions. The law states only two questions may be asked: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform.
The hostess did not just seat us but went to the manager twice before a different person came to seat us.
