Loved everything about Edson Hill restaurant. The service was exceptional, and the food delectable (we had the watermelon gazpacho, rib eye and halibut). The libations- thyme and tamarind- were both a bit tart and not sweet but good nevertheless. We sat outside in the patio and it was just lovely and cozy with the heat lanterns. We look forward to returning next time we are in town. Thank you for a memorable evening.

We were staying at the Edson Hill Manor and the daily breakfasts in the beautiful dining room had been delicious so we knew dinner would be too and it was! We ate on the patio with a beautiful view of the grounds. I had the scallops and my husband had the lamb and both were amazing! I would highly recommend Edson Hill for special occasions or anyone looking for a fine dining experience in beautiful surroundings.
