We have been lucky enough to dine in the tavern two years in a row during trips to Stowe, and it’s always a highlight. The food is outstanding, and the cocktails are unique and delicious. The best part is definitely the ambiance - small and cozy, warm and lovely. The service is always fantastic. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience all around! We ate in the Tavern room downstairs which has the coolest, warm and cozy atmosphere. Our waitress Ari was so helpful in giving descriptions of all of the drinks and food dishes, I tried the Clarity drink which was so unique and delicious. Absolutely delicious -- but the best part is the setting, the service, and the personal touch. Just like spending an evening at an amazing house of your best friends from Vermont; The most unique, local, homey and fresh experience one can hope for in Stowe area and a perfect way to unwind and have a great conversation (over a great wine list!) after a day on the slopes. Highly recommend!
