Hi from Germany...
.... obviously visited by many locals, with delicious and reasonably priced food.
Mac'n cheese with bacon and the flatbread were delicious!!
Clear recommendation for simple and honest food!!

Service is good. But that's about all I can say. Much better places in town to eat than this place.

We waited 30 min just for the cobb salad. When we asked, the bartender was very rude. She said they did not intend to give us raw food. That is not an excuse for slow service. Very terrible experience.

We recently dined at PB MC Penalty Box in Stowe, Vermont, and had an absolute blast! The service was top-notch - friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable staff made our experience truly exceptional.

The atmosphere was lively and inviting, perfect for a casual night out.

But what really impressed us was the quality of the food. Every bite was delicious, and the portions were generous.

We'll definitely be back! If you're in Stowe, do yourself a favor and stop by the Penalty Box.

Casual pub style food. Big open eating area with lively bar. Outside seating as well. Overlooking a pond. Very pretty.

What a find, stopped off while in the village to go see Ben and Jerrys and had a lovely evening, great food and atmosphere was superb, much better than just a restaurant especially with the line dancing going on the dance floor

What a lovely find. Local establishment, and we were able to watch the Line Dancing while we ate. Also, a sports bar.
Food was really good and good size portions. Would recommend.

Owned and run by 2 amazing women with years of experience between them, MCs Penalty Box is great bar that has a wonderful local following.

Location is in the lower village, comfortably tucked behind The Commodores Inn.

Spacious outdoor dining on the deck overlooks a stunning pond. You may even get a glimpse of some native wildlife while you’re enjoying a delicious cocktail or one of the many beers offered on tap !

The menu is concise in their offerings and has many “favorite items”.

They have a close knit, friendly small staff, which affords them the opportunity to recognize repeat guests and make them feel comfortable and welcome.

Highly recommend !!

The Philly flat bread tasted like dog food. In no known universe would that be called steak. Hotel folks were nice tho.

Highly recommended. Just happened to find this place while in stowe and we are very glad we did. Part of a hotel property. It sits s by a large pond. Has a deck out back by the pond, and had really excellent food, and really nice people. Reasonable prices for what you get, large portions, seem to be very fresh. We had the Cobb salad, cheese bites, and grilled chicken flatbread. All really good I would definitely go back

An excellent sports bar and family spot with great ambience located on the pond behind the Commodores Inn. The menu offers a wide variety of choices and many Vermont beer and liquor selections are available. The staff is friendly and attentive. It's spacious with a real locals feel.
