Despicable would be one of the words I'd use to describe their hospitality. The concierge personnel at the Stowe mountain lodge - where we are staying- confirmed reservations for my family and friends , a group of 12, only to have the CLUB call us later on, to cancel our reservation advising us that they had to accommodate other Club Members who called after us needing a reservation. So our party of 12 ( with 6 children) was left without dinner plans a couple of hours before our reservation. I have traveled around the world and stayed and dined at some of the best hotels and restaurants and I have never been told that my reservation was given to someone else after it was already confirmed. Rude and unacceptable.
