Our party of seven had an unforgettable evening at Edson Hill Tavern. From start to finish, everything was truly outstanding.

The appetizers set the tone: the caviar oysters and tuna sticky rice were among the best I’ve ever had—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For my entrée, I ordered the strip steak, which was cooked to absolute perfection. Each bite was tender, flavorful, and exactly how a great steak should be.

Easily the best restaurant we have ever been to. This culinarily experience is pure magic. The road to get to the restaurant, walking in the front door, the common area where you can enjoy a drink and games around the fire until your table is ready…..then you sit to eat…..and it gets even better. The food is full of a flavors exploding and combing in your mouth. The staff are all so amazing, they truly make you feel at home. The atmosphere is unmatched, there is an upstairs...
