Comfortable upscale bar/restaurant at Topnotch Resort. We went over the long weekend in October to avoid the crowds. Lots of families with young kids. Service was good until our server never returned. We noticed he took over as bartender. Food was average at best and the meals were pricey. They bar is very nice and the hotel is gorgeous.

Top notch resort used to be5-star classy top notch place. Not anymore!
It has declined to 3-star resort at best in both accommodation and food services.
