I am honestly confused with how I feel about this place. My first impression was that they were great and efficient. I put my name on the waitlist via Google (not sure if you're able to do on Yelp), and they gave us an eta of 20 mins. My party of 8 decided to put two names down for a table of 4 each. The Skinny Pancake is right up there with being one of the best breakfast spots in Stowe! I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out, specifically if you love crêpes: that’s what this restaurant is known for! We have been here multiple times (and other locations) and have always been very happy with our meal.
