Gorgeous setting and great beer, but the food doesn’t deliver for the price. Fries were overcooked, delivered hard and cold and not the quality you would expect when the menu reads “handcut.” Maybe handcut = processed frozen fries. We had high hopes for the pretzels given the pride and history associated with the establishment but these too tasted frozen like the kind at the grocery store, and the $5 cheddar dip that accompanied it also seemed overly processed, arrived cold...
What an awesome experience !! Atmosphere, food, craft beers, especially the beer radish! So easy and delicious! Couldn't find the right radish at home in KC (Go Chiefs!!) but substituted a Diakon radish, so good. The staff we could tell were so happy working at this place, it showed in their attention to detail, conversation and mood! Thankyou so much for the experience, we will be back. One of our absolute favorite places !!
Been here several times and it keeps getting better. Food, beer, atmosphere are all fantastic. Large outdoor patio area for dining and plenty of green space for kiddos to run around! Spend an afternoon here and you won’t be dissatisfied.
