We experienced the same issue with gratuity being added without consent, which I agree isn’t fair. However, the worst issue for me was a food handling and hygiene problem. The woman who assembled our meals did not change her gloves between tapping the iPad, printing receipts, and grabbing toppings to place on our bowls. It was pretty gross and could pose a risk to people with allergies if gloves aren’t changed between customers.

The burritos here are better than they need to be. However, the woman at the register added a 10% gratuity without asking me or saying anything about it, and tried to pass it off like it was normal when I asked about it. This is basically theft, and is probably illegal. This is not the first time I’ve encountered dishonest behavior from this place (and the equally crooked coffee shop next door), so be warned.

This establishment is takeout only. Ordered 4 bowls and 2 tacos. Total came to more than expected due to automatic gratuity added which I never saw mentioned or advertised ( and added a tip in so double tipped). Food was bland, prefer chains such as chipotle or Does. Only positive was server who made our food. Would not return.

Again another poorly managed business in Stratton Village. It seems to be a common theme, save for mulligans. The chicken was not cooked through. Asked for a refund showed them the raw chicken and they told me no and didn’t even offer replacement food. You’re not even allowed to sit and eat it. You have to take it outside and it eat standing in the cold. This place is bad, stay away.
