Shockingly Horrible. $14 in random fees added for a pick up order. Rodent infested place.

They Auto-Add 15% gratuity for take out orders — I spent $74 for takeout of 2 orders (in the pictures) because of how ridiculous this place is. I own a property in Stratton for many many years and this was mind blowing to me when I came to pick up my order at the absolute highway robbery of this place.

In addition to the auto-add of gratuity (which 15% is insane for a pick up order) - They also added a surcharge for a debit card. If these are their practices at least say so over the phone, but no - nothing. So what am I paying for exactly??

This place sucks.

My girlfriend and I had a drink at the bar, one Cosmo ($26 dollars)and one martini($25 dollars) I was told when I complained that this was the price all season. Will never go back, I can go to NYC and pay less.

The one major thing I hate is when they do not put prices on the menu on their website. It is expensive. Food is ok. Nothing great. Just be prepared to spend.

We had a very disappointing experience here and would not return.

The biggest issue was the lack of hospitality. Most of the staff came across as rude and unwelcoming — the only bright spot was our server, who was friendly and did her best despite the overall atmosphere.

Pricing feels extremely misleading. Alcohol prices are not listed on the menu, and we were shocked to find a single beer cost $20. For food, a cheeseburger was $27 and mozzarella sticks were $20, yet the quality was completely average at best.

Our bill for two cheeseburgers, mozzarella sticks, and two beers came to $157 including a standard 20% tip. On top of already inflated prices, they also add a 4% credit card fee, which felt excessive and frustrating.

For the price point, the food and experience simply do not justify the cost. Between the poor hospitality, hidden drink pricing, extra fees, and mediocre food, this place felt more like a tourist trap than a quality restaurant.

Unfortunately, I would strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant.

Over priced food and drinks. Small portions small cocktails. rude staff rude bartenders. Bill was well over $600 for 3 people. I also saw them kick a group out that had just sat down for what seems to be no apparent reason. The manager went over to them and said you guys must leave now I would say they were 22-28 years old. Definitely older crowd. Maybe they thought they couldn’t afford it. But funny enough the group of 9 went down the street for cocktails ran into them and I over heard there bill being $1,200. Shame on mulligans for missing out on business. Shocking to see. Restaurant businesses should be customer service based. Not how much money can I steal from these tourists.
Also saw at bar down below 4 kids were 21 all denied cops called. Cop said all ids are real. Can’t even believe how these local low life workers treat people.

Long waits. No reservations allowed. Keeps people from blocking tables but makes wait times long. Good beer selection and great sushi. The rest of the pub style food is fine.

Went for dinner on a Monday after the holiday rush. There was no wait for a table and the service was good and fast. The prices for the food and drinks were way too high as most reviews mention. You do get a good amount of food (burgers were big, lots of fries, full plate for the steak fajitas), but the food wasn’t great. The steak for the fajitas was pretty disgusting actually. Margarita was good but not very strong and cost $20. Probably won’t be going back because of the food quality and prices.

Drinks are very overpriced , for an old fashioned and a glass of club soda the bill was $45. They do not print the prices per drink on the receipt. We will never return

This place was AWFUL. there are other places to eat down the street. This place was a rip off. I ordered a salad. It came with half the ingredients missing when I brought it to their attention. They took it back and brought me back an entirely different salad completely not what I ordered sent that back ended up getting a bill of $200. My son ordered the children’s ribs. Huge portion. We thought oh wow until we ate it. I wouldn’t feed them to my dog. It was dry like the Sahara desert. The bill was $200. Only God knows why I would never eat there again. They clearly rely on their location. They need nothing more. The food was atrocious.

It’s really expensive for what you get for quality. I got a salmon bowl w half seaweed salad and avocado and it was almost $50. My husband got the steak and it was ok.

I went to this place. Sat down. Took a look at menu and was disgusted. $30 a sushi roll. $35 a burger. $20 a beer? And a 4% surcharge for credit card as if they don’t have the money to cover? I have never walked out of a place but we as consumers need to take a stand. I get it’s a tourist location and need to make money when they can. But we have a choice. Reviews online aren’t jumping up and down for their great food. So we went elsewhere. Maybe reviews will get low enough that they will try to be reasonable in price. Get good reviews the old fashioned way. And and prosper. Sure they probably don’t care.
