Liz was absolutely amazing. We visited the deli 3 times during our weeks stay. She always welcomes you in with a hello. The sandwiches were amazing. If we ever make it back to Stratton we would definitely visit her

We’ve gone twice and both times they were closed when Google said it should be open. I’m not sure what’s going on, but the hours need to be updated. Why they would be closed at 2 pm on Monday doesn’t make sense to me.

Everything from the deli is delicious! They have a great selection of drinks, food and snacks in the market too

went in for a cookie, was immediately snapped at for standing near the counter which is where one typically stands to order food. Abysmal vibes.

Google maps listing said they close at 5 on a Monday, I called at 2:55 pm to confirm , they actually were open until 3. I had gone ahead and made the suggested edits in their Google business listing to reflect the proper timesThat being said, call first to make sure they are open.

After coming to Stratton for over six years in a row spending a minimum of four days total, Cruella Deville behind the counter refuses to make a good cup of coffee other but the dirty dishwater they call drip pot. some days you get whatever sandwich they feel you deserve, some days you might get what you ask for and pay for. Grab a nice cappuccino or espresso a couple doors down while you're greeted by somebody who's nice and smiles, she won't yell at you for leaning or even looking at the counter. Also, depending on the day, she'll just take whatever menu items off due to pure laziness or perhaps she didn't get her crystal fix that morning. Do better you troll.

really bad experice with customer service. I was met with a rude standoffish condisending tone. would not even bother ordering food. There are many other cheaper places that you can get food from and don't need to interact with people who are rude.

We got a 70$ tray of precooked Chicken Parm in the market, accompanied by very questionable service. :)
I bought a bunch of groceries and snacks. I picked up some ketchup packets on the way out for said snacks and the sales lady (different lady that rung me up) started cursing at me saying accusing me of not buying anything. Nice selection of food though.

Was working on the mountain for the day and needed lunch. Asked if there was a lunch special, and was told with a rude tone “everything is special” $21 for a sandwich and soda. Definitely not friendly for the working class budget. Will not return. Ever.

The first day of our trip, my husband and I went to this market to look at the beer selection. When we went to the counter, Liz was so welcoming and friendly. She happily complimented my pregnancy glow, not realizing how much I needed that compliment after a tough week. The next day, we returned for breakfast. She personally brought over our burritos and gave us a treat to thank us for coming back and to wish us luck with our pregnancy. It really is the little things that go the furthest. Food was delicious and the cider donut was exceptional.
