Such a pretty location , at the entrance of the pedestrian road in Stratton . The patio is definitely charming and the food was very well presented and nice. the inside of the place is also beautifully decorated . We had a nice lunch after a hike.

Starting with the highlights, Scott, our waiter, is top notch! The seasonal specialty drinks were very good as well. The service was timely and excellent too. However, the experience with the food was spotty. The burrata salad with mushrooms and pea puree fell flat. The Chicken tortilla soup was very nice. For entrees I had the red snapper and was very disappointed. It was not seasoned properly and lacked flavor. The greens were too bitter to eat. The rice was okay at best. I wish I had chosen something else. My dining partner chose the beef short rib and said the risotto was truly excellent but the star of the dish should have been the short rib. It was tender but lacked flavor. For the price points on the menu we expect a truly exceptional meal. Hopefully the kitchen will step up its game moving forward as we love the location did enjoy certain aspects quite a bit.

Hard to book a table in the winter. Always nice to have dinner outdoors. Super nice staff, good food on the expensive side.

Great drinks (Thanks, G!!!).Delicious food. Ahi tuna nachos are soooo good. Service is fantastic. they anticipate your every need before you can even think of it! Great atmosphere also.

Fun, comfortable place, staff always makes you feel welcome. GiGi and Mike are the best! Consistently good food, best Stratton Village restaurant after a day of skiing!

Fire Tower Owners: please be informed that Feb 10, 2025, your host and bartender “manager” chose to happily CANCEL at time of reservation 6:45 pm (at no charge) a reservation for 16 people because they could not be bothered to move a table of 4 (who were not even at the restaurant yet) to a 6 top on the other side of restaurant so the 16 could stay together. The kicker? They said an adult “needed” to be at the larger table of 12 with the teenagers during the dinner party.
So adults need to stay WITH the teens but then they refused to sit us together?! NOT willing to make accommodations for us at a time when NO ONE was even waiting for tables?! Baffling!

I’m sorry our group of 16 made plans to eat at your restaurant weeks in advance, planned a birthday party there, ordered multiple drinks at the bar an hour before our dinner only to be shown the IPAD numerous times and lectured on complicated seating arrangements and how a table of 4 can’t me moved to a table for 6 because omg they might have to remove 2 place settings?

No business owner would ever do this. This was a decision made by people who would be paid the same amount with or without the “hassle” of a group of 16 eating there within the 90 minute window.

Thankfully, our group of 16 was welcomed by Mulligans nearby. They were so accommodating last minute and saved our sanity and a girls birthday dinner. Shame on you Fire Tower for doing this to us so last minute. Many in our dining party have been visiting FT for over a decade and what a way to sour this experience for all of us.

We go to this restaurant a few times per ski season. Tonight we tried something new: we ordered 3 small plates, a salad with chicken, and a smash burger to split among our table of 3 people. It was the perfect amount of food and the tab was not as outrageous as when we all order entrees. I find the apps here to be more interesting than the entrees so small plate style is the way we will go from now on.

The Fire Tower is a favorite of mine at Stratton. The food was very good and prices could notable with the ski area experience. Our service was excellent

The entire meal at Fire tower was exceptional from the Spicy Beef empanada to the last bites of Dirty Chai Cake. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to anticipate any needs that we may have had.

Came in after skiing to set up a reservation for dinner. The hostess clearly didn't know how to work the computer and told us to come back at 7 for a high top. Returned at 7 and the same woman smugly told us they were fully booked 👎

The food did not meet my expectations, and they served us raw mushroom. The manager who usually works at the front desk is super rude and racist, and treated us Asian customers different from the white customers.

Higher end restaurant in Stratton Village. Expensive but very good food and drinks. We had excellent service and sat in bar area.

Some people were really raving about this place but I didn't see the hype. Granted we were seated in a timely manner especially as a walk in on valentines day. The food is pricey for what it is: fancy lodge food. Could have used some better flavors. Although I did like the crunch of the flatbreads we got. Kinda cramped seating in the bar. But it was what it was.
