worse customer service I have ever seen at a Dunkins. treated poorly, waited half hour for something that was sitting on the counter behind 5 other bags, so not only was it cold it wasn't what I ordered... never again
Using the drive thru is a hassle when people order a large food order! It should be coffee ONLY!
I ended up going into DD and the woman that was at the drive thru told me I had to wait?!
She was very RUDE! There were 2 girls standing around! Wait for what? They couldn’t wait on me? The drive thru woman told me the amount, grabbed my money, threw it in the draw & gave me my change without saying a word and giving me nasty looks the whole time!!
