My husband and I dined at Three Squares Cafe one afternoon for lunch during our short vacation in Vergennes in late October. My husband got a sandwich, which he really liked, and I got the Soup of the Day (a satisfying and spicy bean soup) served with warm, crusty bread and butter, and a glass of oat milk. This was a great spot for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Small & comfortable. You order at the counter & they bring the order to your table. There are a few outdoor tables. I came for a coffee to go & ordered a sandwich because everything looked so good. I had a fabulous BLT on toasted & flavorful focaccia bread. Generous portion of bacon! Busy place & friendly staff!
Lovely little cafe that serves breakfast and lunch. My family ordered the blt, tuna melt, and Caesar salad which they all said was good. I had the tofu scramble being vegan (see below).
