If you want an actually good breakfast or lunch in Vergennes, Three Squares Café is the place. The sandwiches are excellent—fresh ingredients, good bread, and actual flavor, which is more than I can say for certain grease pits in town. The place is clean, the staff is polite, and you can eat without fearing for your digestive system. It’s everything a café should be.
But the hours? Absolutely ridiculous. They close so early you'd think they were running...

We have loved 3 Squares for a long time however seems with some staff changes the experience is just not the same. Will still continue to dine in, and hopefully it goes back to how it was a year or so ago.

The only small detail I noticed was that there was some food on the rim of the plate. While it didn’t affect the taste, a cleaner presentation would have made the experience even better.
