“I'd passed by several days this week, and decided tonight was time to show support for Vergennes' newest restaurant. I'm incredibly glad I did. The Curry Goat with Rice&Beans and Cabbage did not disappoint! I know the Jerk Chicken would have been just as great. I'm in town every few months, and I'll be returning to Castel's for sure.
