Great meal last night. Warm, prompt, timely service. Great chat with former student, head chef Justin.
This place has no customer service and the service and food is terrible.. every one is rude
Excellent đ Squeeze Burger with Bacon Totomatoes and an egg on top was one of the best burgers I've ever had!!!
Park Squeeze is the definition of âfine.â Not great, not bad, just relentlessly, reliably midâwhich, in Vergennes, is actually a selling point. The food is consistent, the prices wonât make you question your life choices, and if you need a quick, predictable bite without getting trapped in some hour-long ordeal, this is your spot.
Burger Night? Decent deal, though it used to be betterâlike everything else before the world decided mediocrity was acceptable. Still, for a low-moderate-priced meal, you could do worse (see: Rockers). The bar has a reasonable selection, nothing to write home about but nothing offensive either. Surprisingly of note is the bathroomâitâs clean, has a baby-changing station, and isnât the kind of place that makes you feel like you need to wash your hands after washing your hands, unlike a lot of other places in town.
That said, the layout makes about as much sense as a Jackson Pollock painting. The dining area and bar are upstairs, up a set of narrow stairs that seem specifically designed to trip up anyone whoâs had one too many drinks. Space is tight, so while itâs relatively family-friendly, itâs also intimateâwhich means if you end up next to some loud local who just got off their shift at the aerospace factory, congrats, youâre now a part of their therapy session.
Ultimately, Park Squeeze is what it is: the best spot in town for a quick, adequate meal that wonât break the bank or require a two-hour commitment. Just hope you donât get seated next to someone looking to share their existential crisis over a Coors Light.
best burger
My husband and I dined at Park Squeeze one evening during our short vacation in Vergennes in late October. We made reservations to dine there, and it was a good thing, as there is remarkably little seating at the restaurant. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was satisfying, although the venue was cramped and noisy and the main dining room was up a steep and narrow flight of stairs.

We had the Venison egg rolls and the squash ravioli, both of which were absolutely phenomenal. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was wonderfully unique. I strongly recommend checking out Park Squeeze if you are in the area. Even if you aren't, it's worth the drive.

Not at all impressed with this place. Came highly recommended but thinking back the person making the recommendation was a local and probably knows the owner etc. ordered the classic burger med, got it so well done it was hard and dry. Fries were average. Not good for seniors or handicapped as we had to climb a steep flight of stairs to the dining room. Should have waiting till we got back to Burlington for dinner. Live and learn.

Very cute small restaurant, the food was amazing and the staff was sweet, they noticed my food was a bit too spicy and brought me more rice. They also brought us a box before we even asked

Delicious food and excellent service! Weâd walked in without a reservation and were told that unfortunately it would be about a 45 minute wait â a few minutes later when we were walking down the street looking for somewhere else to eat, the manager flagged us down on the street to let us know some bar seating had cleared out early. Well worth it as the service, ambiance, and food were amazing! Donât miss the shrimp lulu and shacksbury dry cider.

The table was soggy and there was no note on the menu that the dish contained onions and ginger.
