There’s a lot wrong with a subway in this town. It’s just another job that gets taken up by the first homeless person who walks in . Staff don’t care about their own jobs and clearly don’t know how to make a sandwich. If you can’t make a sandwich and you’re at least 30 years of age, then there’s something wrong with you. It doesn’t take 45 minutes to make two sandwiches. And no I don’t care to hear about employees days because working at a subway is just structure for failure, you will always have a bad day because you work for a bad company and a bad manager . I’d like to see something better used for that space. Not 3 useless employees who can’t make sandwiches

If there was a way to not mark a single star I would. We just ordered a mobile order from the Vergennes Subway. I asked for each sandwich to be toasted. They weren’t. The roll up things were flat and undercooked. I ordered and was charged for a churro that was not in the bag. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and they sent a regular chicken sandwich that was cold. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong with this.

Terrible service here.. multiple times I’ve been let down by this subway, today I ordered my food a half hour ago to come in and the lady hasn’t even made it yet, but when i finally get my food my sandwich is poorly made and sloppy and the hot food is cold.. they really need to step their game up. I’ve learned my lesson and won’t be coming back to this establishment.

If i could put 0 point i would.. the old man was so rude and he doesn't have good communication
i went with 3 of my friends and we’re all teenage girls and there was this old guy and when he was making our sandwiches he was trying to force us to get veggies on our sandwich that we didn’t want and we were a few cents short and he said i got you girls and pulled out like three 50 dollar bills and a bunch of other money and he didn’t need that much money in his pocket. Then we said thank you and he said if i need to find you i know where you girls go to school and he was just really creepy and really slow.

The employees this location are simply the worst at any location in the franchise. Every time anyone comes in to order a sandwich, they act like the customer cursed them with the greatest inconvenience of their life. Employees should not make customers feel bad for ordering a lunch. This has been going on for over a year now, fire the employees and start from scratch! I’m not being mean, I am just stating facts…

went to buy at this subway and they treated me like garbage just because I asked them if they had tuna, what bad service the fat lady and the girl give, one is going to spend not being treated badly
Ordered from the app a pick up for 7:30pm, when I got there the lights are on, doors locked no one’s inside, I call them several times, no answer. The hours are listed open until 10pm but if that’s the case why is the store locked up and empty at 7:30????On top of that, was never issued a refund. WILL be driving way out of my way to go to other Subways, this location is TRASH

It was over all your typical subway. However, the woman serving us, while very friendly, was trash talking another employee that I guess didn’t show up again and just complaining about how customers treat them. One time is fine but she keep going on and on. As someone who’s worked many years in that field, it’s number one that you don’t talk about stuff like that to customers.

This was the best most delicious Subway sub I have had in many years. Drew was SPECTACULAR. Thanks for helping our family have a great day.Subways are all corporate, yes, but a little smile and extra love makes a HUGE difference.
