A hidden gem to be found for those in need of fresh and warm bagels. I stopped in each morning during a recent ski trip and was never disappointed. Even if not everyone in your party likes bagels, go for yourself and then there is a donut place in the same store front.

I’ve had them all and they’re amazing! They have a good selection of bagels to choose from. They’re all sourdough and delicious! The eggs sandwiches with their unique hot sauce definitely fill me up and satisfy. The cream cheeses are amazing too!

Awesome spot with great sourdough bagels. All the bagel and cream cheese options are genuinely great. But the salted bagel is the best. Owners are also cool people.

Backcountry Bagels has changed my life here in Central Vermont. Each flavor is fabulous. Have tried their store front options, eaten bagels at the Waitsfield Farmers Market, and taken them home (attached picture). Truly wonderful each time. Can’t wait to try their fall flavors.

I've tried a couple times now. Flavor of bagels is good but a bit too chewy for me. Did not like the 'cream cheese' or egg and cheese topping options. The cheese with the egg was barely noticable. Sorry to be the 2nd reviewer! 💜

I been having bagels shipped to me from my sister in law in west orange New Jersey every month because I miss a good bagel on the weekends Tried Back Country Bagels last Sunday. Not NYC bagels, but unbelievable good. Phenomenal flavor. I’m stoked to have fresh bagels again! Thanks BCB for moving into Waitsfield!
