I have been a big fan of Kitchen-ette's work since they had a full fledged restaurant in Warren. Boy am I glad to see them back! I cannot think of a dish that they do not do well, really everything is outstanding, so outstanding in fact that I have never in my entire life enjoyed eggplant until trying Adam's eggplant parmesan. Whether I’m entertaining guests, or just feeding my husband and I, I order a pasta kit from Kitchen-ette almost every week. Lorien & Adam have made the high-end culinary experience accessible in a regular kitchen, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Their hand-made pastas rival some of my favorite meals in Italy. Perfect for grabbing a pasta or calzone for a stay-in night. They had a fresh vodka sauce pasta special the night we went by and it was excellent. Proprietor even called out that it might be too spicy for our kids (he was right, we got a bolognese for them)
