Happen to catch Mickey there when she was closed but dropping off a new dish and she was amazing and super friendly and helpful:) she gladly served me her new dish to try which was her sweet and sour pork loin and it was amazing! Also highly recommended her chili and sausage and spinach soup! Best experience by far I've had in a long time!

Mickey’s soups are so delicious and nourishing! I stop in at least once a week for her fresh soup offerings (there are 3 different soups each day), and I also walk away with leftover frozen soups that are just as good as fresh, and also her dinners which are also homemade. As a busy mom, it’s so wonderful to be able to stop in and stock up on nourishing homemade meals I didn’t have to make. They save us on busy nights, when someone is sick, or just whenever! Clearly, I highly recommend Souper Simple!

This is my bestie’s soup place!! One of the best soup/ meals to go in Waitsfield VT. All her food is made with love and joy. Micki is such a genuine person and literally cooks to please her customers. Please please stop in before the dentist office and laundromat and check her out. You will not be disappointed!!

I cannot remember the last time I enjoyed soup this much. Mickey is a delight. It feels like you walked into a kitchen here with a old school oven in back. She makes home made bread that is so delicious and soft. I also bought a chicken and pasta pre made dish. I already told so many people about this place. This is an old school style business. True warmth and customer attention. Will be back.

Simply put I will never buy canned soup again.
Also she has more then just soup. Don’t have anything for dinner tonight? Pick up a homemade frozen dinner.

I’ve been their about 15 times and there is always something for everyone!!! The owner is their to greet you with a smile and offer samples of the fresh soup she has made for the day. Everything I have had is DELICIOUS!!
