Just got off trail and the Brisket Grinder checked all the boxes

Absolutely delicious for a small town deli. Delicious chicken quesadilla w/French fries 🍟 and a house salad 🥗. If you don’t have many options around, this place will is a great find and hidden gem. Recommend this anybody heading north or south as you go through the small town in VT.
We stopped here for lunch after driving the back way up from Dorset. My husband got the fried chicken sandwich which came with a very large piece of chicken and all the fixings. He was pretty happy with it. I had the brisket tacos, which had great flavors and lots of excellent toppings, including fresh made salsa and pickled onions. Hotty's Eats is an amazing little find in a small town deli in VT. The food had a Brisket Grinder, brisket tacos, brisket Mac n cheese, fried chicken sandwich, chicken quesadilla w/French fries and a house salad, pulled pork gringer, fried meatball mozzarella puff and a cheese steak. Everything is fresh, high quality and often melty, scrumptious and super crispy. Counter service is simple, friendly and never disappointed; service check on you to make sure you enjoyed your food. The flavors are great with excellent toppings, fresh made salsa, pickled onions and a nice smoked flavor in the Mac n cheese. The place is a great hidden gem, a highly recommend stop off for lunch or a pitstop on the way through town. Anybody love the brisket tacos, the cheese steak and the melty quesadilla.
