We recently had the pleasure of hosting our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Castlerock Pub, and are very happy with our experience. The location is stunning. Nestled in the mountains with breathtaking views, Sugarbush provided the perfect backdrop to kick off our wedding weekend celebrations. The natural beauty of the area, combined with the resort's well-maintained facilities, created an elegant and inviting ambiance.
The staff at Sugarbush were attentive, accommodating, and invested in making sure things went smoothly. Alyssa and Meghan's professionalism and friendliness made the process stress-free and enjoyable.
Overall, we highly recommend Sugarbush for any special event or getaway. The beautiful setting, great staff, and top-notch facilities make it an ideal choice for anyone looking to create lasting memories!

Second time eating/drinking here. Wonderful service at the bar and the meatballs and the meatball sandwich are so good!

This is just the food from the cafeteria upstairs served with waitstaff. Not really a restaurant... The resort would do better to give the burrito place a larger footprint.

I needed something to eat and drink after a seriously awesome morning of riding the mountain. I settled on Castlerock mostly for the full service nature and I wanted to sit at a bar and have a draft beer. I ended up having the grilled cheese with bacon, caramelized onions, and apple butter. OMG I never thought to do sweet onions and apple butter, a stroke of genius. Also for 15$ with some parm fries included I felt like it was a steel given what mountains charge for food. Beer was cold, it was just what I needed before round 2.

They have beer. That's the good part. Skip the food. Nachos Grande super disappointing. They weren't just "not hot", they were cold like they pulled them out of the fridge and threw them on the table. Definitely gas station Velveeta nachos. Good vibe

Great atmosphere, love stopping here mid-day or at the end of a ski day to grab some drinks. Beer prices are through the roof

Stopped in for lunch on a Tuesday. Travelling solo, I was able to snag a seat at the bar. Turkey club sandwich was Yuuge and the secret sauce was very tasty. Great place for lunch at the base lodge if you can get in here.
My friends and I like this place and are regulars during ski season. Recently, the nachos recipe changed from using real cheese to Tostitos queso straight from the jar - cold. It doesn’t affect me because I always get wings but I recommended the nachos to a friend and she didn’t many of them because of the cold mass produced queso.

Not many people. Easy lunch. Good Corned Beef Ruben. Liked their local area beer variety.
Meh, it's fine for on the mountain but nothing special
Great beer selection and friendly staff!

been coming here for years. went for lunch the other day and sandwiches were inedible. thin, flavorless , wet chicken. Soggy lettuce and onions and a sauce that was actually creepy to look at. Fries were cold and the bread on the sandwiches was awful.
