Vegan options were so incredibly good, and it was so nice to see how well curated the food menu was, clearly not just an afterthought on the back of a drink menu. We went on a Thursday and I couldn't believe how quickly the food came out. Excellent bar tenders and service.
Stopped in on a road trip and it was the best meal we had all week. Every single appetizer was outstanding, the roasted brussels sprouts and Japanese potato salad especially. The tofu banh fire sandwich and the arrabbiata were both excellent. Great beer list, great room, genuinely thoughtful cooking.
Don't skip the plant-based side of the menu, that's where the kitchen really shows off.
