Overnight Choc Chia Pudding-Gf
This gf chia pudding is made with almond milk, vt maple syrup, and an amazing dark cocoa powder. We top it with toasted coconut, banana, berries, and cocoa nibs for crunch.
Breakfast Empanadas-Gf (2 oz)
Two fried pockets (2 per order) made of a thin corn crust, filled with scrambled eggs, mozzarella, and daily veggies. Comes with a side of sriracha scallion sour cream.
Hender's Salami Sandwich
A customer favorite genoa salami, hender's tomato herb sauce, pepperoncini, ricotta salata, and greens, on a lightly toasted red hen baguette. Comes with a side of deep river kettle chips.

Every single thing here is absolutely delicious. My husband and I have been coming here for the last couple of years. Hender’s Bake Shop is very charming, quaint, and well worth the visit! The treats and savory breakfast items are hand made by the talented chef/owner daily and served with a personal touch that evidences the pride she takes in her business.
