This has always been a solid spot for a high quality bagel but since the ownership change they have added additional offerings and the bagels are fuller and softer while still nice and chewy. Staff are welcoming and the shop is large enough to feel comfortable sitting for a bit.

My kids and I went to get breakfast. Started to get help from employee. She took her attention away to help someone else? After taking our order, and ignoring my kids and I, really disappointed! Got our coffee and left, with two sad kids! Horrible customer service to blow us off, and help someone else, pathetic!

The folks in here go above and beyond to make every experience I have in here wonderful, and I am so grateful for that! The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is very warm and inviting and the workers are so kind and caring! Added bonus, they seriously have the cleanest restroom I have EVER seen in a restaurant in my entire life. 11/10 recommend checking this place out, you will never regret it!
