We rarely go out to eat anymore because prices have gotten out of hand & most places have terrible service. This past winter we went to Maxis for a late breakfast and enjoyed it. We have enjoyed it so much, that we have been going regularly. The service is great, the food is tasty, & the place is clean. The prices are reasonable. We will continue to keep going there.

I'm VERY picky about my home fries. When I say this, I mean it- I have never had home fries as good as these. Seasoning was top teir, they were so crispy and delicious.
The banana bread French toast was soooo good, super filling and flavorful. Had notes of cinnamon and nutmeg. The bacon was a crispy, with a thicker cut. The pancakes had awesome flavor but could have been fluffier for me, personally. But the flavor made up for it.
The hot cider hit the spot!...

The food is better than most diners around. The people are nice who work there. The space is so small and it is so busy. It makes you feel closerterphobic. If they had a bigger space, it would be great. Don't go on Sunday, way too busy
