I have lived in Waterbury for seven years right near the restaurant. I've had my share of ups and downs with the place and I have been reinforced in my decision to stop going. In earlier years (5-7~ years) ago, the food was decent. We would always have to order extra cheese to get the right amount on pizza but service and quality was pretty good. Unable to speak to atmosphere as I had it delivered.I am pleasantly surprised by this place! I love that while being in a hotel I could order any pizza as an individual size so I didn’t need to worry about transporting or wasting leftovers, my friend and I could try two different styles and not be over full or break the bank, and it was warm and fresh!!Although they don’t post their deserts online they do offer them. Loved the uniqueness of the hot fudge cheesecake.

Foord was excellent. Unfortunately I forgot to order a coffee after we sat down and paid and (despite being on the menu) I was told by the guy with long hair that they don't serve coffee. The only reason I can see them having an issue is that I have a card and card companies charge them per transaction. So they would rather refuse a sale than do the right thing, apparently.
