One of the best places I’ve eaten in Vermont. The pork French dip is out of this world. So glad we stopped by

Prohibition Pig - Restaurant is a destination restaurant worth traveling for. GF celiac friendly. It has the best bbq pork spots in the deep south. The menu includes burnt ends with grits, crispy ribs, brisket sandwich with fries fried in duck fat, cornbread, potato salad, cheddar grit, key lime pie with maple. Portions are just right, not too much, not too less. Service is excellent and staff are super nice and knowledgeable. Beer selection, bourbon, libations, ginger beer are praised. The atmosphere is decorated for Christmas and tables are not close to one another. Many many times They return for bachelor parties and lunch. The experience is fantastic with no disappointment.
