Prohibition Pig - Brewery is a popular spot known for its great service, satisfying meals, and affordable prices. The staff are friendly and attentive, especially at the bar, where drinks are served quickly and with a smile. The restaurant offers tasty food, such as the smoked fish dip, which has a smoky and balanced flavor, though it is served with factory-made crackers instead of something warmer like cornbread. Other dishes, like the smoked pork burger and half rack of ribs, are decent but somewhat underwhelming for the price, with the burger being dry and lacking sauce, and the ribs being small and slightly less tender than expected. Beer served is fresh but considered just okay. Despite some busy moments and inattentive service from a restaurant server, the overall experience is positive, especially for those supporting local businesses. The place is appreciated for its meat focus, though some feel the prices could be more reasonable given the quality and portion sizes.
