Our rainbow salad of mixed greens with sweet red peppers, carrots, corn, peas, blue cheese, red onion, beets, sunflower seeds, and house made white grapefruit balsamic dressing.
Grilled Turkey Bacon Cheddar Sandwich
Fresh sliced turkey with vt cheddar, local bacon, spinach, red onion, and maple sriracha mayonnaise on grilled red hen bakery bread or in cold a whole wheat wrap. (Gluten-free roll available).

Breakfast burrito, local eggs, vt cheddar, beans in a whole wheat wrap served with sour cream and salsa on the side.
Protein Bowl
Spinach, crispy kale, quinoa, chickpeas, hummus, hard boiled egg, pumpkin seeds, toasted sesame seeds, hemp hearts, and house made miso dressing.
Muffuletta Sandwich
Twist on a classic Italian sandwich popular in New Orleans made with ham, pepperoni, provolone, mozzarella, and olive tapenade served hot on a jumbo homemade English muffin.

Have had good experiences here until today. I ordered online for pickup. There is an area that is clearly marked “pick up orders here”. I waited until >10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and after I saw people who ordered in person after I arrived receive their food. I work in the area and was on a tight schedule. I checked in at the counter and was told that they hold hot orders at the counter, not at the pick up area (would be nice to have a sign to that effect)....

Their breakfast sandwiches were incredible, pricey but delicious. The staff was really friendly and the food came out HOT which is fabulous. They have tons of indoor and outdoor seating.
