Went for dinner with my family. Had a great experience. Food was excellent. Portions were large and made for a good meal the next day. The bucatini with mushrooms was excellent, really enjoyed it. Despite the ski bar vibe, they have much more than just pub food and they do it well. Tap list was excellent as well.

Poor service by the folks working on Labor Day 2025. Not basic level kind, knowledgeable about their menu, or really interested in interacting with you in anyway. Food cold upon arrival. Still expect 20% tip though. I will stick with any other place in Waterbury for food.

We've been here many times and it's always been great. Last night? Not so great. Ordered drinks, mine was not what I ordered but it was good so I drank it. My fried brussel sprouts were delicious. My wife's arugula salad that was supposed to have candied almonds, grilled apples and cranberries came as a bowl of arugula with looked and tasted like a few drops of oil, no flavor at all. Mentioned it to server who disappeared into the kitchen to see what happened. He came back and was told they were out of almonds, he did remove it from our bill. The server did a good job. My wife's fish and chips were good. My steakhouse burger? Overcooked and dry. We'll come back again and hopefully it'll be like our past visits.

NOT dog friendly. They relegate you to a run down 15 foot square outdoor area where only people with dogs go and have you use a different door to order your food. They really need to look up friendly.

Good: Service was friendly and knowledgeable! Overall vibe and experience was fine Ok: food was hit and miss. Burgers and fish chips great! Chicken marsala was to little for price and while tasty was not special. Bad: please when your not that full dont sit 5 at a table for really 3 maybe 4. Do everyone a favor and make people comfortable.
