At 5:24pm we filled out our order online, went to pay and it shut us out. I checked on the website and it said online ordering available until 6pm. I called and the woman who answered the phone told me the kitchen had said they’d keep online ordering available until 5:45pm and for me to hang up and try again, so I did… unavailable. I called back and she said the kitchen must have turned it off early. I asked if I could just place the order with her since my husband was on his way and we have a young kid with not a lot of time… she said it was “impossible”. She also spoke down to me and said that situation sounded “so tough”. I worked in restaurants for many many years and I’ve always been able to understand and empathize with a busy kitchen but this situation just confounds me. This is literally my first ever google review because I’ve never understood a situation less.

Our server, Jamie, was fantastic! She was very attentive, friendly and competent. Beer selection is excellent. I love a brewery-owned restaurant that is confident enough in their own suds to serve beers from other great breweries as well. The food was solid with something for all. Would love to give 5 stars but they broke a very important rule. We were there on a Sunday evening where closing time is advertised as 11pm. Jamie brought our check by at 7:36 pm while we were just finishing our meals, that's a minor foul but forgivable. Then the lights got turned up to full brightness. Soon thereafter a different server began putting up chairs all around us and the music was turned off. We were still drinking our beers and somebody was telling us in no uncertain terms that it was their time to go home. It wasn't even 8 o'clock by then, well short of closing time according to their posted hours. This was very off-putting and soured our party of six as we were walking out the door. We gathered to catch up with old friends and each couple had traveled a distance to meet in the middle. We were forced to cut our reunion short to meet someone's personal schedule, not the restaurants. Hopefully this review is taken as constructive and changes are made. Too nice of a place otherwise.

The service was very uncomfortable, since an official credential with a photograph that is not American, was not enough for the sale of alcohol, not to mention that when ordering only food, the people at the bar kept looking at the table, which made it More inconveniently, the food was good but it took almost an hour. The waitress was very friendly, but the people at the bar not so much. International friends, I don't highly recommend the place.

My favorite poutine in Vermont! Drinks are great. Every time my family visits we always make a stop. My parents usually have the pulled pork and they both really enjoy it. Parking is a little limited but there is a lot behind the restaurant.
Disappointed this time. I was expecting the Salmon bowl to be hot and it was cold and lacked flavor. Lasagna was not hot enough. Missing the awesome eggrolls you used to have. Appetizer menu not applealing.

Good service and atmosphere! Unfortunately our food was not good at all. Both dishes were extremely greasy like the kitchen used too much oil.I could even eat the broccoli because it was soaked in oil. (See pics). Not worth it especially for the price. The salad was good, drinks were good.
